Weinan Normal University plays a crucial role and has a unique advantage in the field of studies on Sima Qian and ＂Records of the Grand Historian＂. To promote the further development of studies on Sima Qian and ＂Records of the Grand Historian＂, as well as to serve teaching and scientific research, we collected and collated the results achieved in the field of studies on Sima Qian and ＂Records of the Grand Historian＂, which is of great significance in the construction of a special collection of studies on Sima Qian and ＂Records of the Grand Historian＂ in the library of Weinan Normal University. We assumed the responsibility to make a great contribution to studies on Sima Qian and ＂Records of the Grand Historian＂ and the prosperity of cultural undertakings in Weinan by well constructing the special collection, so it is greatly supported by Weinan Normal University.
