地西他滨对白血病患者血清血小板衍生生长因子水平的影响

Effect of decitabine on serum platelet derived growth factor levels in patients with leukemia

目的探讨地西他滨对白血病患者血清血小板衍生生长因子（platelet derived growth factor,PDGF）水平的影响。方法选取衢州市人民医院及浙江大学附属第一医院2012年1月-2014年12月血液科收治的120例急性髓系细胞白血病患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组,每组各为60例,对照组予CAG方案：第1-7天静脉滴注阿柔比星20 mg/d,第1-14天皮下注射10 mg/m2阿糖胞苷,1次/12 h,第1-13天皮下注射粒细胞集落刺激因子因子300μg/d。观察组予地西他滨25 mg/d,静脉滴注,连用5 d。比较2组PDGF水平及疗效。结果治疗前,对照组与观察组PDGF差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组PDGF明显低于对照组PDGF（P〈0.05）;2组患者治疗后骨髓原始细胞比例均较治疗前有所下降,且观察组更低。观察组总有效率为55.0%,高于对照组总有效率35.0%（P〈0.05）。结论地西他滨可以降低白血病患者血清PDGF水平,提高临床治疗总有效率。

Objective To investigate the effect of decitabine on serum platelet derived growth factor levels in patients with leukemia.Methods 120 cases of acute myeloid leukemia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the study subjects. The control group was given CAG regimen： 1-14 d Seventh days of intravenous infusion of 20 mg / d aclarubicin,first to fourteen days subcutaneous injection of 10 mg / m2,1 times per 12 h,1-13 d cytosine arabinosine days under the subcutaneous injection of granulocyte colony stimulating factor 300 μg / d. The observation group was given to the west of the lake 25 mg / d,intravenous infusion,used for 5 days. The levels of platelet derived growth factor PDGF in the two groups were compared and the therapeutic effect. Results Before treatment,differences of PDGF in control group and observation group was no statistical significance. After treatment,PDGF in observation group was lower than control group（ P 0. 05）. The proportion of primary cells of bone marrow of two groups after treatment was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was more lower. Total effective rate of observation group was 55. 0%,which was higher than that in control group（ 35. 0%）（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Decitabine could reduce the level of of PDGF in patients with leukemia,and improve the total effective rate.
