摘要
随着创新社区治理的深入,迫切需要强化第三方社区管理与服务类企业的整体优势和综合效应。规范物业公司企业文化就是规范社区管理与服务市场。本文通过分析我国社区管理与服务企业之一的物业公司企业文化发展的障碍,借鉴北京等一线城市大型物业集团公司成熟的企业文化,提出物业公司企业文化构建的反思和策略,以期提高物业管理与服务企业对企业文化构建的认识和重视。
With the deepening of the innovation of community governance, there is an urgent need to strengthen the overall advantages and comprehensive effect of the third-party community management and service companies. To regulate enterprise cultures of property companies is to standardize the community management and service market. Through an analysis of the barriers in the development of the enterprise cultures of property companies, as one of the community management and service enterprises in China, and drawing lessons from the mature enterprise cultures of large property companies in first-tier cities including Beijing, this paper puts forward the reflections and strategies on the construction of enterprise cultures for property companies, hoping to attract the attention of property management and serve companies to the construction of enterprise cultures.
