The transformation of modern social economy has put forward new requirements for the talent training quality and specifications of tourism management major. China has an extensive and profound traditional culture, so we can apply the essence of the traditional culture of our country to the training of tourism management talents, using the influence of traditional culture to improve students＇ humane accomplishment and comprehensive qualities, which can yet be regarded as a new way of thinking for the training of tourism management talents.
