论中小学教育的资源建设

On the Resource Construction of Primary and Secondary Education

教育发展需要完备的资源作为基础与进步的平台,而信息科技的快速发展为我国中小学教育资源的建设,带来了更多的可能性与发展空间。本文以"中小学教育的资源建设"为主要研究对象,首先从资源的收集与引进、资源的整理、资源的开发与利用三个角度来展开对资源建设的研究,然后从建设管理制度、师生共同致力于资源建设与开发工作、教育资源的更新与优化三个方面来展开对资源管理的论述。本文研究的目的在于为广大中小学教育工作者以及校方工作人员,从资源建设的角度提供全新的角度与实施方案,以推动中小学教育事业的发展。

Education development and progress needs complete resources as its basis and platform, and meanwhile, the rapid development of information science and technology has provided more possibilities and space for the resource construction of primary and secondary education in China. With ＂the resource construction of primary and secondary education＂ as the research object, this paper first studies the collection and introduction,collocation, and development and utilization of resources, and then expounds the management of resources from the construction of a management system, teachers and students＇ joint efforts in resources construction and development, and the updating and optimization of education resources. The aim of this paper is to provide a new angle and scheme for primary and secondary education workers in resources management, so as to promote the development of primary and secondary education.
