分工理论是《德意志意识形态》的重要思想之一。分工是由生产力决定的,分工的发展也促进了生产力的发展,二者紧密联系。分工作为特定的生产关系的社会存在形式,分工决定并且制约着生产关系的发展。在分工的基础上,阶级和国家产生。社会分工既促进了人的发展,也制约了人的发展。马克思的社会分工理论对我们社会的发展具有重要的指导意义。我国应大力发展生产力,调整和改善生产关系,实现分工的和谐发展,注重人的全面发展,构建社会主义和谐社会。

Marx＇s theory of social division of labor has important guiding significance for the development of our society. Chi- na should vigorously develop the productive forces and adjust and improve the relations of production. In so doing, the harmonious devel- opment of the division and comprehensive human development could be achieved in building a socialist harmonious society.
