摘要
电子商务企业的成本主要包括网络运维成本、客户成本,取得和保留客户的成本。针对目前存在的网络运维成本、订货成本、物流成本、售后服务成本和安全成本较高,以及客户成本效益低等问题,电子商务企业应降低网络运维成本和订货成本,充分利用客户信息,控制物流成本,完善售后服务,加强立法与监督,以达到控制成本的目的。
The costs of e-commerce enterprises come mainly from network operations, customers, and obtaining and keeping the customers. Facing the problems in terms of higher cost of network operations, ordering, logistics, after-sales service and security, and low customer cost efficiency, e-commerce enterprises should reduce the network operational cost and ordering cost, make full use of customer information, control the logistics cost, improve after-sales service, and strengthen legislation and supervision, so as to achieve the cost control.
