新业态背景下武陵山片区旅游人才培养研究

Training of Tourism Professionals in Wuling Mountain Area under the Background of a New Type of Operation

2011年,我国提出了要将武陵山片区建设成为国际知名的生态文化旅游区,在新的业态背景下,旅游人才对旅游区的发展具有重要意义。目前,武陵山片区旅游管理干部大部分未受过专业培训,发展旅游仅凭主观愿望。由于武陵山地处内陆,加上用人机制方面的缺陷,旅游经理人才和企业家人才外流现象严重。旅游产业大军数量多,但大多集中在大城市,旅游师资人才也严重匮乏。武陵山片区应加强对旅游管理干部的培养,完善选拔、考核、岗培训机制,提升旅游经理人才与企业家的素质,更新对产业大军的培养方式,实现旅游师资人才培养的专业化、国际化、本土化、实践化;实现武陵山片区旅游业的发展。

In 2011, China put forward to build the Wuling Mountain area into a world-renowned eco-cultural tourism area. In the back- ground of a new type of operation, tourism professionals is of great significance to the development of tourist areas. Currently, most tourism management personnel in the Wuling Mountain area have not received any professional training and to develop tourism in the area is based on a subjective desire. Since the Wuling Mountain is located in the inland, with deficiencies in the employment system, the brain drain of tourism managers and entrepreneurs is serious. The main forces of the tourism industry are large in number, but are mostly concentrated in large cities. The shortage of tourism teachers is also serious. The Wuling Mountain area should strengthen the training of management pro- fessionals; improve the selection, assessment, job training mechanism; enhance the professional literacy of tourism managers and en- trepreneurs; update the training method; train tourism teachers in professional, international local, and practical ways.
