新商业经济是一种与当前世界经济发展相适应的,具备极大生命力的一种经济发展模式,而对于知识员工的管理也面临着更多的挑战。在新商业经济发展的过程中,加强对于知识员工的管理创新,应充分利用科学技术和网络,在管理方法上重视公平正义,注重协调知识员工之间的相互关系,加强知识员工对于自身管理的自觉性,最终在社会和企业中实现一种更加具有公平与正义、更加具备和谐与可持续的发展模式。
New commercial economy is an economic development model adapted to the current world economic development, which has great vitality and challenges for the management of knowledge workers. In the development of new commercial economy, in order to strengthen the innovation management for knowledge workers, the managers should make full use of science and technology and network, pay attention to fairness and justice and coordination, and enhance the consciousness, so as to finally realize a more fair and just, harmo- nious and sustainable development model in the society and the enterprise.
