Building Collaborative Education Platforms for Entrepreneurial Practices at Vocational Colleges

在高校育人过程中,实践不仅能锻炼大学生的创新能力,而且在大学生思想政治素质培养中扮演重要角色,加强高校实践育人工作是当前高等教育创新的重要任务。大学生能否理论联系实际,从课堂走向生产实践第一线,创业能力是关键突破口。职业院校的人才培养目标是为社会提供高质量、动手能力强的实践型人才,应以协同育人理念为指导,把握政府、学校、行业、企业、学生和公众六方共同需求,定位共同利益的协同机制,整合校内外资源,运用社会资本和协同创新理论,构建"环境育人、服务育人、管理育人、实践育人"为主的创业实践协同育人平台,以此增强大学生创业实践能力,提高职业教育人才培养质量。

Practice is a way to train the originality of college students and plays an important role in cultivating their ideological and politi- cal quality as well. Focusing on practice is an important task for educational innovation of colleges and universities. Entrepreneurship for college students is the key to integrate theory with practice in applying classroom knowledge into the practice of the front production line. The training objective of vocational colleges is to provide high-quality personnel with strong practical skills. They should take coordinated education as a guide, and understand the needs of the government, industries, enterprises, students, the public and their own in building a cooperative mechanism combining the common interests of all parties. In addition, they should integrate resources inside and outside the campuses to build collaborative platforms for entrepreneurial practices by providing a friendly environment, services, management, and practice opportunities, so as to enhance students＇ practical ability to start new businesses and improve the quality of vocational training.
