农业灌溉建设项目水资源论证取用水规模合理性分析——以宁夏中宁县鸣沙镇小盐池滩万亩原生态枸杞种植项目为例

摘要 取用水规模合理性分析是建设项目水资源论证的一项重要内容,是取水许可审批的重要依据。以宁夏中宁县鸣沙镇小盐池滩万亩原生态枸杞种植项目为例,就农业灌溉建设项目水资源论证中取用水规模所涉及的国家产业政策及地方规划、土地条件、水源条件、水质条件、工程规模和投资等方面进行了分析,为项目区确定了合理的取用水规模。 Rationality analysis of water abstraction and utilization is one of main contents of water resources assessment in project construction. Using Mingsha town ecological medlar cultivation project in Zhongning County of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example, analysis is made on the aspects related to water resources assessment, such as terms of the industrial policies of the state and local planning, land conditions, water conditions, water quality conditions, project and investment scale. It aims at determining the volume of water abstraction and utilization in a reasonable manner in the project areas.
