北京雁栖湖生态发展示范区水生态文明建设评价指标体系研究

Studies on assessment indicator system for water ecological civilization of Yanqi Lake ecological development demonstration zone in Beijing

以北京雁栖湖生态发展示范区为研究对象,以生态文明建设理念为指导,以水生态系统的文明化发展为核心,遵循评价指标构建原则与指标筛选步骤,初步构建了符合雁栖湖生态发展示范区自然环境特征和人类活动规律的水生态文明建设评价指标体系,包含了水安全、水环境、水生态、水景观、水文化和水管理6个子系统,共13个要素层22项指标,并给出各指标的计算方法,以期为雁栖湖生态发展示范区实现"低碳、绿色生态、节能节水"的功能定位和水生态文明建设评价提供技术支撑,为山区型小流域开展水生态文明建设与评价提供技术参考。

Following up the ideas of ecology civilization and hydro-ecological system development, the principle of assessment indicator and indicator screening procedure, this paper constructs assessment indicator system for water ecological civilization of Yanqi Lake ecological development demonstration zone in Beijing. This system includes 6 subsystems, such as water security, water environment, hydro-ecology, water landscape, water culture and water management.There are also 13 factor layers and 22 indicators with methods to calculate. It aims at supporting the character of ＂low carbon, green ecology, energy-saving and water-saving＂ and assessment for water ecological civilization in Yanqi Lake ecological development demonstration zone in Beijing, and providing a reference to construct and assess water ecological civilization of small watersheds in mountainous regions.
