基于熵权物元模型的成都市水安全评价

The Evaluation of the Water Security of Chengdu City based on the Entropy Matter- Element Mode

城市水安全问题对城市乃至整个区域经济发展有着重要影响。该文根据熵权物元模型,对成都市2008—2012年水安全状况进行了评价。结果表明:成都市2008—2012年水安全状况都未达到所在评价等级,但都具备转化到所在评价等级的条件,2008年具有转化为基本安全的条件,2009、2010、2011年具有转化安全的条件,2012年具有转化为非常安全的条件。成都市水安全状况呈现出较好的发展趋势,与成都经济发展迅速、加大生态环境治理息息相关,但在河流污染治理方面仍需加大改善力度。

The problem of city water security has the important effect on the development of economy of the city andeven the whole area.Selected work of entropy matter-element mode to make the water security evaluation of Chengducity in 2008—2012.The results showed that the water security situation of Chengdu in 2008—2012 did not reach thegrade in the evaluation,however all have the requirement to transform to the grades of the evaluation.The water secu-rity situation of Chengdu city in 2008 has the requirement to transform to the basic safe,and in 2009,2010 and 2011 have the requirement to transform to the safe,and in 2012 has the requirement to transform to the highly safe.The wa-ter security situation presents a good development trend and it is related to the rapid economic development and theincreasing governance of the ecological environment,but still need to improve river pollution control efforts.
