摘要
设施农业代表了现代农业科技的发展方向,集中体现了现代农业技术、工程技术和管理技术的完美结合。目前人们对于设施农业的目标和期待,主要集中在其利用现代科学技术产生的经济效益,而没有去拓展其社会综合效益。天津市设施农业的社会综合效益已经初步体现,由于拓展其社会综合效益意识不强,社会综合效益的发挥仍然非常有限。"十三五"期间天津应该拓展设施农业发挥社会综合效益的渠道;同时也要注意其局限性。
Protected agriculture represents the new trend of modern agricultural science and technology, and embodies the perfect combination of modern agricultural technology, engineering technology and management technology. Today people care about only its economic benefits rather than the comprehensive social benefits. Tianjin has made some achievements in the use of the comprehensive social benefits of protected agriculture, but there are still lots of work to do. During the pe- riod of 13th Five-Year Plan,Tianjin should take measures to expand the comprehensive social benefits of protected agri- culture, and pay attention to the relevant risks at the same time.
