摘要
目的:研究人工栽培与野生肉苁蓉有效成分及种子质量,为肉苁蓉资源的合理开发与利用提供理论依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷含量,通过筛选法、浸泡法及种子发芽实验分别进行种子分级、种子饱满度测定及种子萌发率测定。结果:人工栽培与野生肉苁蓉有效成分均高于中国药典水平,但人工栽培肉苁蓉松果菊苷含量(2.31%)显著高于野生含量(1.14%),而人工栽培肉苁蓉毛蕊花糖苷含量(0.05%)显著低于野生含量(0.43%);野生肉苁蓉种子质量优于人工栽培肉苁蓉种子质量。结论:人工栽培与野生肉苁蓉有效成分及种子质量存在较大差异,应加强对野生肉苁蓉的引种工作,特别是对优良种质资源的引种、开发和保存,以有效保护肉苁蓉资源及实现资源的可持续利用。
Objective: This study aims to assess the difference in the effective components and seed quality of cultivated and wild C. deserticola,and provide theoretical basis for appropriate development and utilization of the C. deserticola resources. Methods:High performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) was used to determine the content of echinacoside and acteoside in the cultivated and wild samples. The methods of screening and soaking were used to classify the seeds and assess the plumpness of the seeds respectively. Seed germination rate was determined by seed germination experiment. Results: the effective components of both cultivated and wild C. deserticola were superior to Chinese Pharmacopoeia level. The average content of echinacoside in the cultivated samples( 2. 31%) was significantly higher than that in the wild samples( 1. 14%) while the average content of acteoside( 0. 05%) in the cultivated samples was significantly higher than that in the wild samples( 0. 43%). The seed quality of wild C. deserticola was superior to cultivated C. deserticola. Conclusion: There were significant differences in the effective components and seed quality of cultivated and wild C. deserticola. Enhancing the introduction,development and preservation of excellent wild C. deserticola resources is quite essential to resource conservation and sustainable utilization of C. deserticola.
