温肾健脾化湿法配合艾灸治疗经行泄泻临床观察

Warming and Strengthening Spleen Wet with Moxibustion in Treatment of Clinical Observation for Diarrhea

目的:观察中药温肾健脾化湿法配合艾灸治疗经行泄泻的临床疗效。方法:80例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组从经前10开始口服中药温肾健脾化湿剂至经期结束,同时每天艾灸次。3个月经周期为一疗程。对照组采用复方苯乙哌啶片经期口服。观察两组患者治疗一个疗程后腹泻改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率87.5%高于对照组65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温肾健脾化湿法配合艾灸治疗经行泄泻疗效明显,值得临床应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of decoction for warming and invigorating dampness combined with moxibustion treatment for diarrhea clinical curative effect.
