摘要
我国油菜生产目前存在优质而产量不足的问题,传统育种方案已不能满足现在的高产育种需求,高光效育种将充分挖掘油菜的产量潜力,正逐渐成为新的育种方案。本研究综述了油菜及其他作物的高光效育种设计,认为以叶绿素含量为指标,在光合生理层面开展油菜高光效育种是可行的方案之一,对叶绿素含量的定位研究也表明,光合性状的改良对产量提高意义重大。油菜高光效育种应该结合现有育种技术聚合优良性状,可以实现油菜产量的突破。
One problem of rapeseed production in China is that we have high quality rapeseed but insufficient yield. Conventional breeding cannot meet the demand of high yield breeding at present.The high photosynthetic efficiency breeding will fully tap the yield potential of rapeseed and is becoming a new breeding program. This paper reviews the progress of high photosynthetic efficiency breeding designs in rapeseed and other crops,and also provides a feasible rapeseed breeding solution focusing on chlorophyll content in the photosynthetic physiological level. The genetic mapping of chlorophyll content also shows that photosynthetic traits improvement is of great significance to increase seed yield. With the inheritance of the available breeding techniques,the highly photosynthetic efficiency breeding program should integrate favorite characters for breakthrough in seed production.
