摘要
以改善纯碱蒸氨废液太阳池的储热性能为目的,进行了太阳池的大小、下对流层浓度、3层溶液厚度、以及移液方式等因素对太阳池储热性能影响的试验研究。结果表明:蒸氨废液太阳池的横截面积越大、储热性能越好,下对流层溶液浓度40°Be',3层溶液厚度比例为2∶8∶5的太阳池升温最快,平衡时温度最高达到66℃。每隔1.2 h取液和补液一次,每次取液量和补液量占太阳池下对流层总液量的1.92%,20 min取(补)完较合适,能够维护太阳池稳定运行。
To improve heat storage performance of the solar pond whose work medium was the evaporated waste ammonia liquid of soda,we conducted experiment by comparing the size of the solar pond,the concentration of lower troposphere,thickness of the three- layer solution,the way of removing solution. The results show that the highest equilibrium temperature of the solar pond is66 ℃. The parameters of the solar pond are the bigger cross- sectional area led to the better heat storage performance of the solar pond,the concentration of lower troposphere thickness is 40° Be',and the thickness proportion of three layers of the solution is 2∶ 8∶ 5. Taking and injecting 1. 92% of the lower troposphere solution every 1. 2 hour and finishing the process within 20 minutes could ensure stable operation of the solar pond.
