素质拓展训练作为一种寓教于乐的教育方式,在教育过程中,受到了很多施教者的青睐,也深受受教者的喜欢。本文通过对素质拓展训练的思想政治教育价值及其实现机制的研究,试图通过转变教育观念,增强思想政治教育趣味教化功能,使受教者在寓理义于情感愉悦的体验之中,在动情、移情的感受之中,心灵有所感悟、情操得到陶冶、智慧得以启迪、人生境界实现提高。

Through a study on the value of quality development training for ideological and political education and the mechanism for its realization, this paper attempts to inspire students＆#39; thinking, cultivate their temperament and improve their realm of life by enhancing interesting ideological and political e-ducation and making students immerse in emotional delightful-ness based on the transformation of education ideas.
