实施“唤醒”“养成”“铸魂”三步曲，构建适合民办高职学生的文化育人体系

On the Construction of a Cultural Education System Suitable for Private Higher Vocational College Students by Implementing the Three Steps of "Awakening", "Cultivating" and "Casting the Soul"

实施文化育人,构建自身特色的文化育人体系是人才培养的一项重要工作,也是民办高职院校学生成长发展的迫切需求。金肯职业技术学院积极探索民办高职院校文化育人的创新实践,结合自身培养对象的特点,以感恩文化来"唤醒"学生,以"草根"文化促进学生良好"养成",以校园活动文化实施"铸魂"工作,构建了适合学生发展需求的文化育人体系,取得了良好的效果。

The implementation of cultural education, constructing characteristic cukure education system is an important work of talent cultivation. It is also an urgent need for private higher vo- cational students＇ growth and development. Jinken College of Technology actively explores innovative practice of private cul- ture education in higher vocational colleges; combined with the characteristics of its cultivating objects, it wakes up students with thanksgiving culture, promoes the students＇ good nurturance with the grassroots culture and implements ＂casting the soul＂ work with campus cultural activities. Through these, the college con- structs a cultural education system which is suitable for the stu- dents＇ development, and finally, ti achieves good results.
