职业教育管理背景下上海商学院志愿者行动研究

The Action Research on Volunteers from Shanghai Business School in the Background of Vocational Education Management

本文通过研究分析现代职业教育管理背景下职业院校志愿者行动的发展条件,结合新时期青年志愿者工作的机遇、挑战和问题实际,提出职业院校志愿者工作总体发展思路,探索上海商学院志愿者行动管理体制,为上海商学院青年志愿者参与城市社会建设提供可借鉴的路径和方法。

Through a research and analysis on the conditions for the development of volunteers＇ actions in vocational colleges in the background of contemporary vocational education manage-ment, combined with the opportunities, challenges and practical problems of youth volunteer work, this paper proposes the overall development ideas of volunteer work in vocational colleges, and explores the volunteer action management system in Shanghai Business School, aiming to provide some feasible ways for youth volunteers from Shanghai Business School in participating in ur-ban and social construction.
