构建高职院校创业型人才培养模式研究

The Study on the Construction of Entrepreneurial Talents Training Patterns for Higher Vocational Colleges

创业型人才是现阶段高职院校人才培养的趋势与目标。本文首先从高职院校创业型人才培养现状出发,描述问题,分析原因,最后以湘潭医卫职业技术学院商科类专业为例,从课程体系、实践教学、教学模式、师资队伍、考核评价、保障机制等六个方面展开论述,为我国高职院校创业型人才培养模式的构建提供了宝贵经验。

Entrepreneurial talents are the trend and goal for high-er vocational colleges to train their students currently. Having in-vestigated the present status of the entrepreneurial talents＇ train-ing in higher vocational colleges, the paper has described the problems and analyzed the reasons. Then six aspect, such as cur-riculum system, practical teaching, teachmode, teaching staff, as-sessment and evaluation, security mechanism, have been elabo-rated with the example of business major in Xiangtan Medicine and Health Vocational College, aiming to provide valuable expe-rience for the construction of higher vocational colleges training pattern to cultivate the entrepreneurial talents.
