试论当前高校考试管理工作的改革与创新

On the Reform and Innovation in College Examination Management

以教学活动为主要形式培养人才离不开考试的检测和督促作用。在呼吁考试改革的背景下,同样应该重视考试管理的改革与创新,让考试更好地服务于教与学。本文先从目前高校考试管理中存在的问题着手,分析了考试管理改革与创新的重要性,然后详细论述了在新形势下考试管理改革与创新的具体措施。提出转变考试管理思路,进行创新考试管理、全面考试管理的方法。

The effects of testing and supervisal are deeply related to teaching activities which are the dominating means to cultivate talents. Besides the innovation of examination, we should pay at-tention to the innovation and creativity for the examination man-agement to make the examination work for both teaching and learning. In this paper, starting from the problems in the college examination management currently, we firstly analyzed the im-portance of the innovation and creativity for the examination management, and discussed the methods to realize the innovative and creative examination management in new circumstances in detail. Then we proposed the ideas that the examination manage-ment should be changed and new ways for the innovative and comprehensive examination management should be utilized.
