高校学生干部是学校教育中的先进分子,他们不仅是学校教育主体中的一部分,更是学校教育教学活动的领导者、协调者和参与者。他们在学校教育中的重要力量,起着沟通师生关系、协助处理繁杂事务、监督引领其他同学的作用。为了学校教育教学活动的顺利开展,加强高校学生干部的能力培养尤为重要。本文将从高校学生干部沟通能力培训工作的现状出发,进行问题分析,实现培训工作的思路创新。

College student leaders, as a part of the subject of col-lege education, are both advanced elements in college education and leaders, coordinators and participators of college education and teaching activities. They play an important role in college e-ducation, such as promoting teacher-student relationship, assist-ing miscellaneous affairs and supervising other students. There-fore, to achieve the successful implementation of school education and teaching activities, it is particularly important to enhance the training of student leaders＇ abilities. Starting from the current sit-uation of the training of college student leaders＇ communication ability, this paper analyzes the existing problems, aiming to inno-vate the ideas for the training.
