浅析柔性管理在独立学院教学管理改革中的应用

A Brief Analysis on the Application of Flexible Management in the Teaching Management Reform of Independent Colleges

柔性管理作为现代化管理理念,已深入高校教育管理的各个层面。通过分析柔性管理的特点及当前独立学院在实行柔性管理中存在的问题,进一步明晰独立学院在教育管理改革中应采取的措施,促进学院教学管理手段不断创新。

Flexible management, as a contemporary management idea, has been deeply rooted into all levels of college education management. Through an analysis of the characteristics of flexible management and the problems existing in the current flexible management of independent colleges, this paper further eluci-dates the measures that should be taken in the education man-agement reform of independent colleges, aiming to promote the continuous innovation of teaching management means in inde-pendent colleges.
