摘要
以聚乙二醇(PEG)、部分中和的丙烯酸(AA)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备具有互穿网络结构的PEG/PVA/PAA高吸水树脂。并用FTIR、XRD、TG和SEM对产物的结构和性能进行表征和测试,探讨了PEG用量、PVA用量、丙烯酸中和度、反应温度对产品吸水性能的影响。结果表明:在丙烯酸的中和度为75%、聚合温度为75℃、引发剂的质量分数为1.1%(相对单体AA的质量,下同)、交联剂的质量分数为0.3%、PEG的质量分数为10%、PVA的质量分数为15%时,制得高吸水性树脂吸蒸馏水能力最高可达935 g/g,吸盐水倍率可达91 g/g且具有良好的保水性能。
Poly( ethylene glycol) / poly( vinyl alcohol) / poly( acrylic acid) superabsorbent resin was prepared by solution polymerization using poly( ethylene glycol)( PEG),part of neutral acrylic acid( AA) and poly( vinyl alcohol)( PVA) as raw materials N,N-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent and ammonium persulfate as initiator,respectively. The structures and performance of products were studied by FTIR,XRD,TG and SEM. The effects of preparation condition such as PVA dosage,PEG dosage,neutralization degree of acrylic acid,reaction temperature on water absorbency of products were evaluated. The results show that the obtained superabsorbent resin has maximum distilled water absorption ability up 935 g / g,salt water absorption rate up to 91 g / g and has good water retention performance when the neutralization degree of acrylic acid is 75%,the polymerization temperature is 75℃,the mass fraction of initiator is 1. 1%,the mass fraction of cross-linker is 0. 3%,the mass fraction of PEG is 10% and the mass fraction of PVA is 15%.
