电热断趾对本交笼饲养蛋种鸡育雏育成期生长发育的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究旨在评价电热断趾对本交笼饲养模式蛋鸡父母代种公雏育雏育成期生长发育的影响。600只1日龄海兰褐父母代种公雏随机等分为4组,对照组未断趾,试验组分别断第三趾(试验1组)、第一趾和第三趾(试验2组)、第二趾和第四趾(试验3组)。每隔2周测定鸡体重、胫长和胫围至18周龄,并于42日龄测定各组血液生化指标。结果:3个试验组14日龄体重均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),其中试验1组14~56日龄种公雏体重显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),断趾对42~70日龄种公雏胫长或胫围有显著影响(P〈0.05);断趾对葡萄糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿酸和丙氨酸氨基转移酶有显著影响(P〈0.05)。研究结果表明:电热断趾对育雏育成期末种公雏体重、胫长和胫围无显著影响,对42日龄特定血液生化指标有显著影响,且具有断趾数量的差异性。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of toe claw removal on growth and development of naturally mated roosters during growing period using a hotblade debeaker. A total of 600 1-day-old Hy-Line Brown parent stock roosters were randomly divided into four groups. Intact chicks served as control. Toe clipping of group 1 chicks was performed by the method of claw reduction of the third toe; in group 2 chicks,the first and third toes;in group 3,the second and fourth toes. Body weight,tibia length and shank circumference of all chicks were measured at biweekly intervals from 2 to 12 weeks of age and 18 weeks of age,and blood biochemical indices were determined at 42 days of age. Compared with control,toe treatment significantly decreased chick body weight at 14 days of age(P0.05). Particularly,a significant depression in body weight was found in group 1 from days 14 to 56(P0.05).Claw removal had a significant effect on tibia length and shank circumference of chicks periods from 14 to 56 and 14 to 70 days(P0.05),respectively. Moreover,claw removal had significant effects on glucose(GLU),total cholesterol(T-CH),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),uric acid(UA)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT,P0.05). In conclusion,toe claw removal had no significant effects on body weight,tibia length and shank circumference during the latter stages of the growing period,but had significant effects on specific biochemical parameters in a declawing number-differential manner at 42 days of age.
