样本医疗机构2008—2014年清热解毒类中药注射剂使用情况分析

Analysis on the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections for heat-clearing and detoxifying in medical institutions from 2008 to 2014

目的:分析样本医疗机构清热解毒类中药注射剂的使用数据,探讨样本医疗机构清热解毒类中药注射剂使用结构及趋势。方法:通过处理全国402家医疗机构药品购销数据,分析样本医疗机构清热解毒类中药注射剂的使用现状及使用结构;选取赫芬达尔-赫希曼指数与市场集中曲线这两个指标,对样本医疗机构清热解毒类中药注射剂的市场集中度进行分析。结果:样本医疗机构清热解毒类中药注射剂的使用金额及使用量整体呈现上升趋势,且上升趋势在2011年后显著增加,其中喜炎平的市场份额上升至首位;热毒宁的使用量呈上升趋势;清热解毒类中药注射剂的产品集中度较高,并逐年上升。结论:由于多种环境和政策因素,样本医疗机构清热解毒类中药注射剂用量增加;喜炎平在清热解毒类中药注射剂中扮演日益重要的角色;样本医疗机构清热解毒类中药注射剂的使用趋于集中。

Objective： To analyze and explore the development trend of traditional Chinese medicine injections for heat-clearing and detoxifying in medical institutions. Methods： The purchase and sale data of 402 nationwide medical institutions was analyzed in aspect of the status and constitution of traditional Chinese medicine injections for heat-clearing and detoxifying. Besides,Herfindahl-Hirschman Index and market concentration curve were used to reflect the market concentration rate of traditional Chinese medicine injections for heat-clearing and detoxifying. Results： The expense and amount of traditional Chinese medicine injections for heat-clearing and detoxifying in medical institutions showed a general upward trend,and the uptrend significantly increased after 2011.The expense of Xiyanping took up the majority of the market,and the amount of Reduning and Xiyanping showed an upward trend. The manufactures of traditional Chinese medicine injections for heat-clearing and detoxifying are highly concentrated and the degree of concentration increased by year. Conclusion： Due to environment and policy factors,traditional Chinese medicine injections for heat-clearing and detoxifying used in medical institutions show an obvious upward trend,as well as concentration tendency. Xiyanping played a more and more important role in this market.
