针对改良西门子法多晶硅生产过程中主要污染物的排污环节及其治理设施的特点,提出环保监管的要点,并从技术和管理上提出减少污染的对策和建议。

Environmental protection supervision points were put forward according to the links ofdischarge of main pollutants in production of polysilicon by modified Siemens process and the features of treatment facility. Countermeasures and proposals for reducing pollution were put forward from aspects of technology and management.
