旋转型行波超声电机定子的结构优化 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高旋转型行波超声电机定子的驱动能力,延长电机的使用寿命,设计了一种带有辐射板的定子,根据辐射板与基体的连接方式共分为a^e 5种结构。基于ANSYS软件建立了定子结构的有限元仿真模型,对其进行了模态分析和谐响应分析。在对比5种结构性能的基础上,以电机的输出性能最佳为目标函数,对定子结构的辐射板槽宽w、外径d及厚度t 3个参数进行了优化,得到定子的最佳结构为a,即辐射板与基体连接长度为1mm,尺寸分别为:w=1.8mm,d=72mm,t=0.5mm。该优化结果可为旋转型行波超声电机定子的加工制作提供参考尺寸。 In order to improve the driving capability of rotary traveling wave ultrasonic motor stator and prolong working life of the motor,a kind of stator with radiant panel was designed.According to the connection between the radiant panel and substrate,the stator was divided into 5structures,such as a,b,c,d and e.The finite element simulation model of the stator was established by using the ANSYS software to perform the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis.On the basis of a comparison between the five structures,the three parameters of the stator structures,such as the radiant panel groove width of w,the external diameter of dand the thickness of t,were optimized by taking the optimal output performance as objective function.The best structure of the stator is a,that is,the connection length between the radiant panel and substrate is 1mm,the optimal dimensions are w=1.8mm,d=72mm,t=0.5mm.This optimized results provide referenced dimensions for the manufacturing process of the rotary traveling wave ultrasonic motor stator.
