摘要 在航天结构中,复合材料与金属材料的胶接过程与胶接效果评估对于保障航天器运行安全至关重要,提出了利用分布式光纤光栅传感器对复合材料与铝合金的胶接固化过程进行监测。根据复合材料/铝合金双层结构特点及其固化工艺,分析了胶接固化过程中引起胶层应变变化的相关因素。研究了光纤光栅传感器布局方案及温度补偿措施,给出了胶接固化过程中的光纤光栅温度补偿传感器封装方法。在此基础上,构建了基于光纤光栅传感器的复合材料/铝合金结构胶接固化过程监测系统,实现对胶接固化过程的监测。研究工作对于改进航空航天结构复合材料胶接方法,实现对胶接过程与时效性的在线监测具有重要意义。 In space structure,the bonding process and bonding effect evaluation of composite materials and metal materials are very important for ensuring the safety of the spacecraft operation.A scheme of using the distributed optical fiber grating sensor to monitor the process of cementing solidification for composite materials and aluminum alloy is proposed in this work.According to the structural characteristics of composite/aluminium alloy's double layer and the curing process,the related factors that caused the change of strain in the adhesive layer during cementing curing process were analyzed.The layout scheme of the fiber grating sensors and the temperature compensation methods were studied,and the encapsulation method of temperature compensation of fiber grating sensor in the process of cementing curing was given.On this basis,a monitoring system of fiber Bragg grating sensor was constructed to monitor adhesive curing process of composite/aluminium alloy,which could realize the monitoring of the solidification of glue joint.The obtained results were of great significance for improving composite cementing method of the aerospace structure and realizing the on-line monitoring of the process of cementing and timeliness.
