摘要
在空间钢构架混凝土柱中埋钢管形成空间钢构架—钢管混凝土柱。为了探索空间钢构架—钢管混凝土柱的受力性能,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立了空间钢构架—钢管混凝土柱受力性能的非线性有限元分析模型,分析了轴压比、内埋钢管混凝土的套箍指标、外部空间钢构架的角钢肢长、缀条间距、缀条宽度等参数对空间钢构架—钢管混凝土柱受力性能的影响。分析表明:空间钢构架—钢管混凝土柱有很好的延性和较高的承载力,轴压比、外部空间钢构架混凝土的套箍系数和内埋钢管混凝土的套箍指标是影响组合柱延性和承载力的主要因素,轴压比减小、空间钢构架混凝土套箍系数增大和钢管混凝土套箍指标减小都有利于试件承载力的提高。这些结论为空间钢构架—钢管混凝土柱的工程应用提供了技术依据。
Spatial steel frame concrete filled steel tube column was formed by embedding steel tube within concrete of spatial steel frame column. In order to explore the mechanical behavior of this new type of composite column, a nonlinear finite element model of the column is established by using ABAQUS software. The influence of parameters, such as the axial compression ratio, confinement index of concrete filled steel tube and the chord limb length, the spacing and its width of the lacing bar of spatial steel frame etc. , on the mechanical behaviors of the column was analyzed. The analysis results show that the column has good ductility and high bearing capacity;that the main influential factors to the ductility and confinement coefficient of the bearing concrete capacity of the column are the axial compression ratio, the of the spatial steel frame and the confinement index of the concrete filled steel tube. It benefits the bearing capacity of the column by reducing the axial compression rations or the confinement index of the concrete filled steel tube, or increasing the confinement coefficient of the concrete of the spatial steel frame. These conclusions can provide basis for engineering application of the column.
