摘要
对印度尼西亚某褐铁矿原矿石进行了化学多元素、矿物组成、矿石结构、褐铁矿化学成分、嵌布状态和铁元素的赋存状态等工艺矿物学特征检测,进行了磨矿细度、磁场强度、磁介质粒度和磁场型式等磁选条件试验,并进一步探查了铁精矿中杂质硅和硫难以降低的矿物学因素。结果表明,该矿样中主要铁矿物为褐铁矿,脉石矿物种类及含量较少,以石英和高岭土为主。褐铁矿呈凝胶同心环带和生物结构,含有较高的硅、铝和硫等杂质。在原矿铁品位为51.45%时,经SSS-Ⅱ型磁选机分选,最终可获得铁品位54.17%,回收率88.38%的铁精矿。物理选矿方法难以有效降低褐铁矿中硅和硫的含量主要在于其基本呈均匀分布状态。
The process mineralogy characteristic such as chemical multi-element,minerals composition,structure,chemical composition and dissemination of limonite,Fe occurrence for a limonite ore from Indonesia were detected.Magnetic parameter tests including grinding fineness,strength of the magnetic field,magnetic medium size and types were also completed.Mineralogical factors that content of silicon and sulfur in iron concentrate is difficult to reduce are probed in the further research.The results showed that limonite is the main iron mineral in the sample,and main gangue minerals are quartz and kaolin.Mainly structures are in concentric rings and biological texture and the grade of impurity substances silicon,aluminum and sulfur is a little relatively high.The SSS-II type magnetic separator were used to separate the limonite ore assaying 51.45% Fe,and the final iron concentrate assaying 54.17% Fe at the recovery of 88.38%.It is difficult to effectively reduce the content of silicon and sulfur in limonite by physical separation method mainly due to its regular distribution.
