摘要
本文论述了旋流-静态微泡浮选柱用于金矿分选的机理,并指出其在金矿分选方面具有中矿循环、微泡分选和静态分选的优势。在三山岛金矿8000t/d选矿厂的应用取得了金精矿品位≥50g/t的分选效果,结果表明旋流-静态微泡浮选柱对金矿石具有良好的分选作用,能够分选出合格的金精矿产品。最后,文章还提出了当气泡发生器堵塞数量达总数的2/3时应及时通透、磨矿细度-200目应≥50%、优化操作工艺参数和增设喷淋水等几项改善旋流-静态微泡浮选柱浮选效果的措施。
This paper discusses the separation mechanism and the advantages of using cyclonic static microbubble flotation column to gold ore separation,which included middling cycle,microbubble flotation and static flotation.When used in 8000t/d capacity concentrator of Sanshandao gold mine grade of gold concentrate over 50g/t was achieveed.The Industrial application results showed that the cyclonic static microbubble flotation column had good effect on gold separation.Meanwhile,several measures included permeating timely bubble generator when the contents of blockage reached a certain quantities,reaching the design requirement fineness(-200 mesh was over 50%),optimizing the operating parameters and adding spray water which could improve flotation performance were also suggested.
