摘要
为了探究开环式电磁系统对比磁化系数测定仪磁场特性的影响,采用Ansys Maxwell对其电磁系统的磁场特性进行了数值模拟,实现了新型比磁化系数测定仪磁场特性可视化;发现励磁系统的磁场特性关于励磁线圈中垂面对称,磁场强度沿励磁线圈到极间夹角方向呈递减趋势;并得出开环式磁系结构的极间夹角为60°时,其磁场特性更适合比磁化系数的测定;通过莫尔氏盐比磁化系数定标试验和钛铁矿精矿测定试验,验证了基于Maxwell数值模拟的可靠性和仪器工作的稳定性。
In order to explore the influence on magnetic field characteristics of susceptibility tester based on open-loop electromagnetic system,the magnetic field characteristics is numerically simulated by Ansys Maxwell.The magnetic field characteristics of susceptibility tester is visual and symmetrical on the midperpendicular plane of the excitation system;and when the angle of magnetic pole of open-loop magnetic system is 60°,the magnetic field characteristics is more suitable for the testing of susceptibility,the magnetic field strength shows a decreasing trend along the direction between excitation coil and the angle of the magnetic pole.Through the susceptibility testing experiment on Ammonium iron(Ⅱ)sulfate hexahydrate as standard and scientific experiment on Ilmenite iron ore concentrate,the reliability of numerical simulation and working stability of equipment is proved based on Maxwell.
