返回器防热层在轨测温的热电偶地面标定新方法

A New Calibration Method of Thermocouple Used for Inflight Temperature Measurement in Heat Shield of Reentry Vehicle

针对返回式航天器防热层在轨测温的微型铠装热电偶利用传统标定方法不能进行标定的问题,文章设计了一种适用于改进微型铠装热电偶的新地面标定方法,该方法包括试验系统、试验过程和数据处理等主要组成部分,通过地面标定试验测试和在轨验证,证明了该方法的有效性,可为防热层测温的铠装热电偶的地面标定提供参考。

Because armoured micro-thermocouple used for inflight temperature measurement in heat shield of a reentry vehicle cannot be calibrated with traditional calibration method,a new method is proposed.The method is mianly composed of three parts includinig test system,test course and data processing.The effectiveness of the proposed method has been demonstrated by ground calibration test and inflight validation.The new method can be the future reference for ground calibration of armoured micro-thermocouple used for temperature measurement in heat shield.
