大连市西中岛将建设成"石化岛",打造成炼化一体化的具有国际竞争力的世界一流石化产业基地。新农至西中岛公路(交流岛至通水沟)段是进出园区的东西向交通主干线,将承担园区建成初期全部的交通流。路线连接三座岛屿至陆地,是典型的连岛公路,规划限制条件众多,地形地貌多变,建设条件复杂。从设计指导思想、总体设计方案、路基设计方案等方面,对工程设计进行了论述,有关经验可供相关专业人员参考。

Xizhong Island of Dalian City will be built into the' petrochemical island', and will be built into a refinery integrated world-class petrochemical industry base with the international competitiveness. The section of Xinnong – Xizhong Island Highway(Jiaoliu Island – Tongshui Ditch) is the east – west traffic trunk line in and out of the park, and bears all traffic flow at the early completed days of the park. The line connecting three islands with the land is the typical highway connecting islands. The planning restrictions are numerous, the topography and landforms are variable, and the construction conditions are complex. The article discusses the engineering design from the design guiding ideology, overall design scheme and roadbed design scheme. The relative experience can be referred for the similar projects.
