摘要 以湖州市创业大道跨长湖申线大桥主桥钢锚梁为背景,对板件水平荷载分担比、承力板传递荷载比及侧板转角局部应力进行参数分析,对钢锚梁设计提供建议。结果表明:侧板承担了大部分的水平分力(约65%),而底板对水平分力承担贡献很小(约2%);增大锚点的高度,相当于加大了索力水平分力的偏心,将使顶板承担更多的荷载,同时将加大侧板转角区域的应力集中;支撑板与侧板各自承担约50%的锚下压力,上支撑板比下支撑板传递荷载略大,约大10%;锚固点的水平位置对钢锚受力影响基本不大。 Taking the steel anchor beams of the main bridge of Chuangye Avenue Bridge crossing Changhu Shen Line in Huzhou as the background, the article analyzes the parameters of the sharing ratio of plate horizontal load, transfer load ratio of bearing plate and local stress of side plate corner, and puts forward the proposal for the design of steel anchor beam. The results show that the side plate bears the most of the horizontal force(about 65%), and the bedplate bears small horizontal force(about 2%). The increase of anchor point height is equivalently to increase the eccentricity of horizontal force of cable, which makes the top plate bear more loads, and also increases the stress concentration in the corner area of the side plate. The bearing plate and side plate bear the anchor pressure separately about 50%. The transfer load of the upper bear plate is about 10% larger than the lower bear plate. The horizontal position of the anchor point has little impact on the stress of steel anchor.
