摘要 随着我国交通和城市建设的迅猛发展,桥梁数量快速增长,其中许多桥梁在通行能力、结构承载能力、耐久性等方面均不能适应现代交通和城市发展的需要,利用旧桥拓宽和加固将成为我国桥梁行业未来的重要任务之一,但旧桥利用受安全、经济、施工及社会多方面因素影响,特别是震后桥梁的恢复利用更是社会的关注热点。以雅安市西门桥和北门桥为实例,对旧桥利用的可行性、合理性和经济性进行了专题研究,研究以全面掌握现状旧桥工作性能和计算全寿命周期成本,综合安全、经济、后期养护及社会效益多方面比较的技术路线,得出拆除重建的方案,推翻了可行性研究阶段确定的加固利用方案。通过研究使两座桥梁建成后在震后恢复重建中发挥了巨大的社会和经济效益,避免了安全和质量事故的发生,对类似工程有一定借鉴价值。 With the rapid development of traffic and city construction in China, the number of bridges is rapidly growing. The traffic capacity, structural carrying capacity and durability of many bridges all cannot adapt to the needs of modern transportation and urban development. The utilization of old bridge to be widened and reinforced is one of the important tasks in the future of bridge industry of China. But theutilization of old bridge is influenced by many factors of safety, economy, construction and society, especially the utilization of bridges after earthquake is also the attention hot spot of society. Taking Ximen Bridge and Beimen Bridge of Yaan City as an example, the article specially studies the feasibility, rationality and economy of old bridge utilization, completely masters the working performance of present old bridges,calculates the full-life cycle cost, synthesizes many aspects of safety, economy, later maintenance and social benefits, and compares the technical routes in order to achieve the demolition and reconstruction scheme. The reinforcement and utilization scheme determined in the feasibility study stage is overthrown. The study makes two constructed bridges play the huge social and economic benefits in the restoration and reconstruction after earthquake, and avoid the accidents of safety and quality, which can be referred for the similar projects.
