作为目前国际工程主流承包模式之一的EPC工程总承包模式在国内得到大力推广,对总承包商如何识别和防范EPC工程总承包项目中风险提出了观点,阐述了各类风险及相应防范措施,供相关专业人士进行参考。
The EPC general engineering contract mode as one of the main international engineering contract modes now is powerfully popularized in China. The article puts forward the view for the contractors how to identify and prevent the risks in EPC general engineering contract project, and sets forth various risks and the relative preventive measures for reference.
