知识管理视阈下高校管理的人本化

Study on Humanization of University Management from the Knowledge Management Perspective

高校管理的核心要务是对知识的管理,因而高校管理的人本化有其自身的知识管理诉求。目前,我国高校管理人本化的知识体系处于缺失状态,主要是知识内生、知识外化、知识固化、知识应用四个方面的问题。创新高校管理人本化的知识体系,必须要打通操作、技术、组织与制度路径。

The core of management priority is the management of knowledge,therefore the humanization of university management has its own appeal for knowledge management. Currently,the humanization of university management is in the absence of knowledge system of the state,primarily within the knowledge endogeny,knowledge externalization,knowledge curing,knowledge application four aspects. In order to innovate the knowledge system of the humanization of university management,we must get through operational,technical,organizational and institutional path.
