The Review,Reflection and Improvement of the Plan Implementation Period for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers to Undergraduate

本科"卓越计划"第一个实施周期已经结束,总体看比较成功,但尚存在校企合作程度不足、教师实践能力不够、资金投入不足、教师关注度不够、教学与学习方法改革不够等若干问题。针对这些问题的存在具有主客观两方面的原因,需要从物质、精神、业务和选材等四个层面进行相应完善和加强。

The first implementation period of Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers to Undergraduate has finished,overall,it＇s successful. However,there are still some problems,including the lack of cooperation between enterprise and school,teachers＇ inadequate practical ability,insufficient capital investment,teachers＇ less attention,the reform of teaching and learning methods is not enough and so on. Based on subjective and objective reasons of these problems,we should improve and strengthen the plan from four levels,namely material,spirit,business and material selection.
