摘要
文章在论述襄阳市加强基本公共服务体系建设意义的基础上,对"十二五"时期襄阳市基本公共服务体系建设进行了总结与反思,进而提出了"十三五"时期襄阳市基本公共服务体系建设的总体思路及举措。
This paper discusses the significance of strengthening basic public service system construction in Xiangyang, summarizes and reflects the basic public service system construction during the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ period, and puts forward the overall train of thought and measures of the system construction in the ＂13th Five-Year Plan＂ period.
