摘要
文章立足于秦巴贫困山区实际,响应"互联网+"发展战略,提出了电子商务、"O2O"、"互联网+众筹"、"互联网+乡村旅游"、"移动互联网+双微"等"互联网+农业+精准扶贫"扶贫模式。
Based on the poor situation of Qinba mountainous areas, in response to ＂Internet ＋＂ development strategy, the paper puts forward ＂Internet ＋ agriculture ＋ accurate poverty alleviation ＂ mode： the electronic commerce, O2 O, ＂Internet ＋ Raise＂, ＂Internet ＋ rural tourism＂ and ＂mobile Internet ＋ double micro＂ etc.
