摘要
高职教育质量取决于参与高职教育的各主体方(政府、行业企业、学校管理者、教师、学生)主体意识的发挥,这是决定性的内因。当前,高职教育面临生源结构复杂及生源质量下降和产业调整升级的内外多重压力,如何提高人才培养质量,必须有可行的应对之策,文章旨在探讨通过唤醒主体意识,夯实高职教育的质量根基。
The quality of higher vocational education depends on the subject consciousness of the main parties (government, industries and enterprises, school administrators, teachers, students), which is the decisive factor. The higher vocational education is facing the complex structure and lower quality of students and the industrial adjustment and upgrading. Viable countermeasures should be put forward on how to improve the quality of personnel training. The paper aims to explore the subject consciousness to reinforce the quality of higher vocational education.
