摘要
教育公平是指每个社会成员在享受公共教育资源时受到公正和平等的对待,是社会公平的起点,也是构建和谐社会的基石。特殊教育是实现教育公平的基础和重要途径,同时也是教育公平实现过程中的典范,对推动教育均衡发展、促进教育公平有着十分重要的意义。
The purpose of this paper is to illustrate the great significance of special education in promoting educational equality from the perspective of educational equity. Firstly, special education is a basis of realizing educational equality. Secondly, special education is an important way to realize educational equality, because it guarantees the right to education of children with special needs. Also, the individualized education plan and sociological development model of special education make education more equitable. Finally, the process of special education development sets a good example for the realization of educational equality.
