高校肩负培养高素质人才的重任,应把握时机,科学设计高校的德育系统,以保障高校德育目标的顺利实现。系统观指导下的高校德育系统的构建,是将传统节日文化融入到高校德育教育中,通过"德育日历"的设计,将高校德育系统中的活动目标、活动内容、活动过程、活动评价有机结合起来,实现高校德育教育效果。

In the new period, in order to cultivate high-qualified talents, colleges and universities should grasp the opportunity, scientifically design the system of college moral education to ensure the realization of the goals of moral education in colleges and universities. The construction of the system under the guidance of system view is integrating traditional festival culture into the college moral education. Through the designing of the ＂calendar＂ of moral education, we can combine the objectives, content, process and evaluation of the activities to realize the effect of college moral education.
