Discussion on the Causes and Countermeasures of Employment Difficulties for Postgraduates of Arts

随着各大高校硕士研究生的不断扩招,文科类硕士生相较于理工类硕士生所面临的就业形式愈发严峻。从提高文科类硕士研究生的综合能力、更新文科类硕士研究生的培养模式、为文科类硕士生提供必要的政策支持和就业指导等方面入手,帮助文科类硕士研究生真正提高就业能力。

With the expansion of enrollment of postgraduate students in China, the employment situation for Master of Arts is becoming more severe than Master of Science. In recent years, it has been found that there are some subjective and objective reasons that affect the employment situation for Master of Arts： their comprehensive ability, the talent cultivation patterns and the fierce market competition. Therefore there are at least three ways to improve the employment ability of Master of Arts, such as, improving their comprehensive ability, updating their training mode and providing them with necessary policy support and employment guidance.
