文章论述科研人员投稿中涉及有关科学研究中动物实验必须遵守的伦理学原则,即替代、减少和优化的3R原则。文章分析相关文献结合编辑审稿工作实际,重点阐明编辑人员在动物实验伦理审查中的作用。

The paper discussed the basic concepts and priniciples in animal experiments. The priniciples include replacement, reduction and refinement. In accordance with the ethics literature and the practical work,the functions of editors in evaluation of ethics in animal experiment are explained. And the paper proposed some suggestions on how to realize and work on it.
