摘要
积极心理学的引入以及高职女大学生心理发展的现状与特点呼唤新的心理健康教育策略的出现。本研究以积极心理学为理论支撑,在问卷调查的基础上,拟定出高职女大学生应重点培养的积极心理品质;采用问卷调查法、个案跟踪法、对比法、综合分析等方法进行研究,初步探索出高职女大学生积极心理品质培养5大路径与"面、线、点"相结合课程教学模式;提出"5+1"高职女大学生积极心理品质培养策略体系。本研究成果对提升高职女大学生心理素养、提高高职院校人才培养质量有重要借鉴意义与推广价值。
With the introduction of positive psychology and the development in psychological state of vocational college girl students, new strategy for mental health education is now a must. This research, based on the theories of positive psychology, aims to find out the major mental quality these girls should acquire, and has basically explored five major means of cultivating mental quality and a comprehensive teaching model by questionnaire analysis, individual case tracking, comparative study and comprehensive analysis. In this article,the author put up a "5+1" positive psychology cultivation system for vocational college girl students, which will help the improvement of mental health and the cultivation of students in vocational colleges.
